IMO, any State that isn't actively trying to pass the same laws are idiots. I want Alabama to pass that law AND the Virginia law as well. Open up the fricking floodgates and let the $$ pour.

Look around for the best prospects whose family is struggling financially, which is most of them, sign em up and bail them out. Forget the kid’s dream destination, take the cash, here’s my kid, I’ll bring him in my new Escalade….
