Oklahoma and A&M residents ... y'all stay safe. Tornados are no joke.

I've lived through a couple of close calls including one really bad close call back in the early 70s.

I'll be praying for y'all to get through it all. Those are some vicious looking storms over there.

Folks back home are probably standing outside in the driveway or up on their roof right now trying not to spill their beer.

They're kind of a joke up until you get hit. The odds of getting hit are insanely small.

The Tuscaloosa tornado happened 13 years ago today, around 5. I hope to never see destruction like that ever again.

Stay safe today everyone.

Thanks, scrooster; always a gentleman.

Based on the DH being played in Fayetteville today, I assume Arkansas folks will be serving up some tornado potatoes this weekend as well?

Springtime in TX/OK/the South … good times! And I doubt any of us would have it any other way.

Thanks scrooster

Storm chasers drove by about 30 minutes ago chasing this one. It never did drop.

Just got smoked by 5 Fingers of God yesterday in Omaha including 2 twin EF4s. I would not wish this devastation on anyone. I hope you are all safe.

Noble words.

Out of curiosity, how were the 70s?

Smart man including aggy and dirt burglar while leaving out Texas people. Our houses have actual concrete slab foundations that the walls are anchored to, and we never have to check the air pressure on our "foundation". lolz

Four people died. I don't know their college football allegiance so some of you may, or may not, care.

Not directed at Scrooster.
