It works both ways. But you don't seem to see it, when you say:

Not really sure how you deduced that since you brought an unrelated topic and a handful of comments by people I don't know on this board, many of whom I've probably called fake conservatives

But if the idea here is that self-proclaimed conservatives can be hypocritical, obviously that's the case.

Typically I don't think these arguments work for the partisans "oh you don't care about babies killed in Palestine huh?" is undermined by the fact the speaker didn't care that children and innocents were killed by Palestinians in the attacks, etc.
