For me it’s Josh pate. Tries not to be bias and covers college ball all year

RGIII. I like how much of a trendsetter he is and how he comes up with the most incredible catchphrases that are never corny.

Todd Blackledge, Cole Cubelic

I don't watch any of that crap.
After awhile you figure out they recycle the same scripts every year and just change the player names around and if they happen to be right about anything, it's mostly coincidence.
I do enjoy old/former coaches though. When I watch a game that has coaches room instead of the normal broadcast, I always watch that one.

For all the hate he gets. Gary Danielson is still the best.

Gary Danielson
Yes, everyone on here hates him because he is blunt (modern day Howard Cosell) but he is a great student of football and he knows his stuff. It is obvious that he takes a great deal time studying the teams that he is covering.
When your team is sucking he calls it like it is and does not sugarcoat it. Which today is actually refreshing.
I for one am going to miss the superb CBS broadcast which are night and day better than anyone else.
And even when State was on and I would cringe when he would call us out for playing like crap, I knew he was being truthful.
SEC royally fricked it up when they did not keep the CBS deal.

Mike Tirico. Professional and knowledgeable, asked questions about the intricacies of the game as it was playing out, which I felt was a good way to keep the listener engaged and interested. Too many just would run their mouth about darn near anything which I always found insulting and exhausting.

Blackledge is great. Danielson is awful. Just because you know the xs and os of football doesn't make you a good announcer.

Gary, truly an unbiased sports announcer if I've ever heard one.

Brad Nessler with Todd Blackledge were the best together.
