A old plaque my dad had from Alaska.
Alaska Highway
Winding in and winding out
fills my mind with serious doubt
whether the lout that built this route
was going to Hell or coming out.

Very cool.. but the highway has apparently improved greatly since then.. the whole thing is paved, and you dont need to bring ur own gas cans and spare tires anymore.. although i have heard that there are long stretches of the highway without cellphone reception .
