When a top program in a sport is saddled with a past expiration coach that has a buyout too large to swallow for the AD, you don't go help them get out scot free so they can hire a coach who will very likely normalize their natural position in the hierarchy.

How about you just stay in your lane, and applaud the Hogs for getting their man out of Lexington. Woo Pig Sooey !!! Or whatever.

I couldn't be happier for Fayetteville.

I see you've never been the guy that took up with the girlfriend where the last boyfriend bought you a beer and told you good luck.

I'll tell you this ... I'll be watching Arkansas Basketball - more than I watched Kentucky the last few years. This should be good.

Enjoy.

According to one thread they have 50 million for NIL. Buyout is pocket change.

I know he’s struggled lately at Kentucky, but he’ll finally be able to get top talent now that he’s going to Arkansas. It was lack of talent at Kentucky that held him back.

UK could've fired him any time they wanted to. Now, this loser is right back in the SEC to be a loser.

Why is everyone so upset? Isn't a post-Muss and Calipari 2 team rebuild good for you? Rejoice instead of fretting like little girls...

I fear Arkansas may have sanctioned themselves for hiring John Calipari -

3 recent early exits along with missing the NCAAT entirely 4 seasons ago seems like a post-season ban of sorts unto itself - considering the talent he has had on those teams -

I am just catching up on sleep after seeing them win the regional and make the final four.

Did I miss anything?

In 2023, Miami, San Diego State and FAU made the Final Four but don't think they are considered basketball powers. A FF is nice but last year is proof most anyone can do it.

I know you’re not referring to hog fans but I just felt the need to reply. It’s weird, I don’t despise him, or think he’s horrible but he’s always been more of a caricature to me than a real person. So I’m gonna need another minute or 6 months to adjust.

He's about to sit 13 on a bench who did no worse than what we had. Now imagine 7 of them are UK 2024 recruits.

Smirk.

I do appreciate you admitting it’s nice. It’s great for us because we’ve never done it. March Madness is the best sporting event because anything can happen.
