Home Team BBQ, couple locations. Solid. The more in-thing is now Lewis's.
Charter an inshore half day fishing trip.
Bar hop Shem Creek and walk the docks..
Horsedrawn carriage tour downtown for history and scenery. Unlike Savannah and NOLA, no open containers. Get a yeti tumbler to hide your booze when out and about.
Ft. Moultrie (revolutionary war), Ft. Sumter (first shots of civil war)

I'll add- it's not really beach weather but time a low tide visit to Sullivan;s Island, it's one of the most naturally beautiful beaches in the world, in my opinion. No high rises, all just houses and natural dunes. Just take a good walk. There's also a Home Team BBQ on the island. Directly across the street is Poe's Tavern, known for their burgers but I always get the fish tacos, they are excellent. If you want to catch a flounder, I can tell you where to do that too on the island, but it won't be posted in public here.
