I can fly my kids to Europe for not much more than it costs to pay for seats, food, and parking (yah, I know it's more, but there's Europe, and 3 hours of watching your kids ignore everything.) So, I'd rather have the experience of my 6 year old spit up an oyster in Barca into my hand. Never, ever forget that. And yeah, I'm bringing it up at her rehearsal dinner in 15 years.

Almost nothing from an MLB game is going to be brought up 15 years from now. Will I talk about what happened with Brad Cresse until the day I die? Sure, but I was at home watching with the crew.
