You do realize that having a DUI doesn’t mean you were drunk genius? That would be a DWI and driving under the legal limit doesn’t mean it’s safe

He is that full blown stupid stone cold sober? That’s the silver lining for you? He was impaired or under the influence hence the DUI/DWI charge. But given UGA being in the news repeatedly, including the deaths of 2 people in the football program, for street racing/driving under the influence/speeding/reckless driving, your silver lining is at least he was sorta sober when he was going in excess of 100mph weaving through traffic.
