Now you are just making shite up. That's one of the most convoluted bills ever passed by congress. It's a tech giveaway of taxpayer money that created zero jobs in the US, but perhaps quite a few abroad.

How can it "literally be the strongest" if it allows for automatic citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants, has zero funding for the border wall, and allows for a significant expansion of how many people get let in "legally?" And throws billions at Ukraine.
