While I’m not interested in getting into a Corps pissing match, you can’t just throw out lies and hope they stick. For accuracy’s sake, about half of the members of the Cadet Corps contract with the military, and receive commissions as officers in the United States armed forces upon graduation. Calling it “fake” isn’t accurate.
The A&M Corps of Cadets remains the number one producer of military officers for the country, outside of the three service academies.
In Aug and Dec of 2022, the Corps commissioned 87 new officers. In May, A&M commissioned 149 cadets into the armed forces. These officers enter the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Space Force as second lieutenants and ensigns.

Fake? Its only fake their if A&M claimed it was actual military. It’s a Reserve Officer Training Corps or ROTC. It fluctuates but about half end up commissioned at officers at the end of it. Why does that bother so many of you?
