Cousins is a realistic option too. His wife is UGA alum from Atlanta area. All her family is here. If the team feels good about his Achilles, he’s by far the best veteran option. I like McCarthy too, but, obviously a vet would be the better way to go.

I don't hate the idea of signing Cousins for 2 years AND drafting a QB at 8. QB doesn't have to get thrown in the fire immediately but still get a few years of him on a rookie deal.

If they go after Cousins , I will lose my shite. He is 35 and is not going to be a part of a rebuild. It would be a huge waste of money. Either get Fields or draft one. They can get a really good qb and wr with the first 2 picks. Word is for pass rush they will be going after Floyd.
