He will never work as a nurse- someone could sue him and get, say, and 83MM judgement against him. His advisors will point that out to him.

That’s what insurance is for. There are doctors richer than he is who don’t quit practicing medicine

He, like most healthcare providers, will have malpractice insurance. He will probably have an LLC set up for his other football income. This would shield it and make it really tough for someone to get to it.
