Probably a perfect storm on this one. Raymond has obvious inroads into Florida, which he recruited well even before coaching there. Add to that he can point to more current high level NFL guys that he personally developed than all but a few other coaches. Third, since he just returned he can promise he’ll be there in a stable situation for a while most likely. Finally, we’ve got a lot of DBs, but there aren’t a lot of high end guys that’ll be so far ahead of him that early playing time won’t be possible.

Raymond is from that area and friends with the head coach at Westgate. Also, raymond is known to defensive backs in Louisiana.
He should get pretty much whatever he wants in state.
