Any owner who is hands on in football decision making is automatically excluded from this conversation. Blank fits this description.
Also, the Rich McKay dynamic is a problem for this organization. He has been just godawful at anything football related yet Blank insists on keeping him around. Blank is a buffoon. He wants to be Jerry Jones.

Yup, let the experts and football lifers run the ship. Just sign the checks, sit back and enjoy.
Detrimental ego will always be a big problem in the billionaire ownership circles though.
