If we pulled that win off it would be a program defining win

Vegas thinks it's happening:

Pinnacle Sportsbook has CFB playoff lookahead lines posted:

Alabama vs Michigan -2

Texas -3.5 vs Washington

Ohio State would work us

Feel like some of their 1st rounders would opt out. They aren't that impressive of a team this year anyways.

Man if we literally played any other team than UGA in the East this past season we’d be in a NY6 slot. This is gonna be a letdown bowl game for us

The East is a true garbage division. It’s UGA and a bunch of shitty teams. The West is Bama and a bunch of hard arse teams that beat the living hell out each other so by the end of the year you are leaning on your second team. I mean Mizzou ran 2nd in the East and they be 4th or 5th in the West.

I really want that 11th win. I'll welcome a less prestigious opponent this year to get it.

That’s where I am. But that being said…..I can see Kiffin wanting a win over a program like OSU bad. Hopefully it doesn’t turn into PopcornGate 2.0 though.

We're going to get Iowa in the Citrus - who we should beat comfortably

And that could still be a bit of a statement for the conference. The supposed dominant defense of Iowa still not being a match for the SEC.

I don't know. Our offense has been terrible about putting together long, sustained drives to score this year and Iowa is fantastic at preventing these. The thing that gives me some hope is that Iowa has not faced any explosive, up-tempo offenses this year (lol at B1G west) and we would probably only need 3 or so of these drives to win. Otherwise, I think the game would look a lot like the State game.

ESPN has Bama over FSU, but then also has Oklahoma jumping us for the last NY6 spot. I would riot in that situation

Why would anyone that didn't play this past weekend jump anyone who also didn't play? That's as gay as debating who has the better loss.

Brett McMurphy is now saying the same thing. We're about to be fricked almost as hard as FSU

I’m over it at this point. More national exposure would be great but an 11th win against Iowa I’m cool with it. Maybe the guys use it as a chip on their shoulder during the offseason as well if Oklahoma or someone else jumps them.

I agree with this sentiment. It doesn't really matter that much but it exposes the flaws and bias in the committee. If you want Oklahoma in, they should have been ahead last week. You shouldn't be shuffling teams that didn't play as nothing changed with them.

I heard no SEC, Texas is in. This source isn’t affiliated with ole Miss so I would take it with a grain of salt. I just hopped on my book and bet texas just in case

I think the committee is purposely leaking stuff to throw people off. This is a disaster. I just heard from someone that bama is in. I don’t think anyone really knows. Did y’all see the tweet where the the committee chairman referenced Bo Nix’s fricking completion percentage as a factor in ranking Oregon over Texas? That’s just garbage.

Texas is 100% in. I think the only question at this point is FSU v. Bama.
