My son and I are already hyped for it, but those pics are really making me look forward to our trip to the ATL for the Mets series in three weeks.

They had a once in a generation opportunity to do something right and they nailed it. The stadium/Battery are such a great way to spend an evening watching baseball.

That series might be a cripple arm fight if neither of us can find another arm or six between now and then

trip to the ATL

I have been more times than I can count and it is one of the best atmospheres in the business. Parking isn’t great and most likely you will have to walk a decent distant or take some sort of ride share/Uber. But they do have parking lots across the interstate and you can walk across pedestrian walk bridges. Walhburgers and Murph’s are to fabulous places to eat. Wahlburgers is convenient and and inside the Battery. The Braves done great moving locations. This place makes Turner field and its surrounding area look like a dump. You can actually walk around at night before and after games and not worry about being robbed, or harassed by homeless people.
