I guess I'll finally give it a go. I've had a container of this that mysteriously appeared in my pantry probably 5 years ago and it's been sitting in a corner with the other unused spices I've yet to throw out or do something with. Thanks for the heads up. Any recommendation on what meat you think it pairs best with? Deciding between chicken, ribeye, or some wild caught rainbow trout for dinner tonight. Is it a stronger flavored seasoning or mild? TIA
