Lunatik indicated if someone uses a block function, there will be a minimal number of posters remaining and I do not think this is correct. I think 90% of the posters have good content and dialogue, it is the 10% that are trash posters and taking up good space in the forum.

Don't bother. Humans have perfected this already. Just "ignore" the posts/threads you don't like. Problem solved.
