Schroeder would easily be the best for the position. Dudes not a politician.

Schroder is my top personal choice. However, I do see the wisdom on his part in stepping aside if Kennedy runs and backing him instead. Both those Johns have worked together in the past (Schroder as State Rep and Kennedy as Treasurer) in trying to promote and enact some sort of fiscal prioritization and reform in Louisiana state government.
During that same time, Landry’s claim to fame was holding a sign during Obama’s SOTU address.
