A quiet 7-0 (and what looked like a pretty easy schedule), but one of those teams - Marquette - has only 2 losses (Purdue, who is looking REALLY good, and State).

Marquette is currently laying down an old fashioned arse kicking on a good Baylor team.

The SEC is looking better and better. Even some unranked teams that are looking pretty good (Missouri might just hit 8-0 if they pull off this OT game against Wichita State - amazing comeback after being down 10, btw).

A quiet start is mostly a weak schedule

7-0. Four of those wins over tournament teams from a year ago.

Have Minnesota next week and unbeaten Drake ( one of top mid majors) before SEC season starts.

We held Marquette to 55 points. They had 51 at halftime against Baylor tonight. Playing State is gonna suck for some teams. We can play defense.

I’m shocked how quickly Jan’s has taken the misfit toys and transformed them into defensive juggernuts
