So somebody with no good years?

On the chance we do hire a successful coach, should we fire them after they win something since they lost their incentive to succeed? These are not middle managers at some Fortune 500, almost all of the coaches at this level are competitive as hell and want to win. That’s not the issue

I think you are right. We need to identify the issue.

I can’t comprehend how we have missed on every single coaching hire’s inability to get us to a championship game. Facility? Location? Lack of student support? Uniform color?

I think we need to know the problem before millions are thrown at another “solution”.
