Probably go straight down the middle and leave us all confused.

Straight down the middle would be a failure of a season. That would make the choice quite easy.

I have a gut feeling Gates will turn this basketball team around this coming season. It was bad this past season, but I am seeing a huge improvement due to roster and assistant coach change/addition for the better of the team. Last year was just an off year but just wait and see and you will be glad Gates is still the coach.

Great coaches make great assistants. Great assistants dont make great coaches. If Gates's success is going to depend on his assistants, he is going to be a failure at this level.

The best HCs teach assistants how to coach/teach the way the HC wants and teaches them how to become great HCs themselves.
