Arkansas is adding a 13th scholarship wide receiver to its 2024 roster after landing a commitment from Zachary Taylor of Yoakum (Texas) on Monday afternoon. Taylor, 6-4, 170, went public with his decision during an official visit in Fayetteville. He will wrap up his visit with wide receivers coach Ronnie Fouch and the Razorbacks on Tuesday.
Taylor committed to Army in June of 2023 and signed with the Golden Knights in December, but has since been released from his National Letter of Intent and will join the Hogs immediately this summer. The receiver reports a 4.48 forty-yard dash and a 10.44 in the 100-meter dash. He announced his decision via X at around noon while posing with Fouch inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
Taylor played quarterback for Yoakum, where he completed 90 of 160 passing attempts for 1,376 yards and 15 touchdowns against nine interceptions. He also ran 91 times for 342 yards and six touchdowns.
The Razorbacks have now added five new wide receivers to the mix since December in Texas A&M transfer Jordan Anthony, USF transfer Khafre Brown, and 2024 signees Taylor, Krosse Johnson, and CJ Brown.
With the addition of Taylor, Arkansas is now down to just two available scholarships to fill before the 2024 season. The Hogs are also currently hosting a JUCO offensive line target in Kellen Francis of Butler Community College. Francis, who is also being courted by South Carolina, Illinois and Houston, will also finish his official visit on Tuesday.

I would think they’d try to get a couple more pieces on defense if possible to finish it out but there’s hardly anyone left.
