Graduation day advice needed...

My son is graduating this Friday. School ceremony in the morning and then stadium ceremony at 7:30PM. Not an option to drive back and forth from the house. So I was thinking tailgate for the day. We will have a 15 with us after the morning ceremony. Looking for advice on parking or if someone has done this how did you do your day? Can't park at his apartment. CAN you get a parking place and throw out a tent? Not grilling, will do that the night before and bring with, tables, lawn chairs. So low key tailgate from a normal game day.

Call the school and ask if there are places you can use. Explain that it will be for the day only and you will clean up before you leave. Maybe also check on a nearby campground. Then you would have a nearby bathroom to freshen up before the night.
