Money is the best recruiter. Oates just happens to be at a school with Old Money. Dont act like you dont know it either

So, it would seem that the barn is overpaying or they could use some serious old money.

That would pretty much eliminate your best efforts.

Oats is a very good coach. But man that easy Final Four path is getting to y’all’s head just a little. Bama was playing terribly at the end of the year. They also got smoked by every good SEC team they played. A no call away from losing to Arky at home to end the regular season. Blown out by Florida in the SEC tourney.

But they were still gifted a great draw to coast to a final four despite. Hats off to y’all’s AD for putting y’all in that position.

We could have lost to #13 seed Charleston instead I guess.

But he's kind of done other things than just make the Final Four. The Final Four, with a transition year roster, is kind of just the cherry on top of the other 4 seasons.

What's your excuse stupid? You literally couldn't win your first game with Yale. Why would you try to make this argument unless you were braindead?

Y’all are acting like Oats’ tenure at Bama mirrors Frank Martins at South Carolina. Lets expand it to the last 4 years

2021: #5 overall seed, SEC Championship, SEC Tournament Championship, Sweet 16

2022: 6-seed

2023: #1 overall seed, SEC Championship, SEC Tournament Championship, Sweet 16

2024: 4-seed, Final Four

That’s pretty elite boss man

Yeah, and Yale had more points. Sports can be hard for some.

Comparing Yale to Charleston is ridiculous. They were a 4 seed in disguise. Look at the run Yale went on after beating Auburn

I didn’t play, stupid. Auburn didn’t play well and got bounced early. It happens. Would have lost to UCONN in the Sweet 16 had Auburn made it. It was an awful draw. But this thread is about Bama and Oats. So, what’s your point
