They are broke. Broome and CBM took up all of their NIL.

Unpopular opinion but they’ll be Top 10 caliber next year. They retain a ton

It is funny how they are probably gonna add a rotational SMU guy after repeatedly striking out though

I agree. They're going to be a damn good team next year.

And as much as I like to laugh at Pearl for shite like Yale, he's actually a great coach. He's going to get his 700th win this season. That doesn't happen for many people.

Yeah they will be good, but they retained a ton this past season too. AU will pad their wins to look more impressive than they are though. I truly believe if they beefed up their non-conference schedule a little more they would be more ready when it comes to the tournament that actually matters.

I'll say a big positive with Pearl is he does retain a lot of his players and that experience and chemistry can go a long way early in the season and when trying to get over a wall during the season.

However, he never addressed the needs as to why he's been bounced early in the tournament ever since his FF run. Guard play wins in March.

Once all of his guys have graduated, it'll be interesting to see how Pearl does because he's going to have a hell of a rebuild after this coming season.
