We know the teams that need to win as many games as possible.

In the top half, I think Mingione goes for it all. I could see Tony V, Schloss & DVH going through the motions & setting up their regionals.

I think the 7 hour, 17 inning game vs LSU scarred Lemonis regarding the tourney. State hasn’t packed an overnight bag for Hoover since

Stay healthy. Get ready for regionals. But if we’re playing games we’re trying to win them.

No doubt. It comes down to setting the pitching rotation & resting arms

If you are a team like Tenn A&M or ark I would mail it in
Nothing needed

Uga might have lost a super host losing series to Fla

Everyone else needs wins to feel secure

That’s a good point. The lower seeds are fighting for their lives.

We need to try to win one or two to lock up a host spot

I have listened to basically every available interview with Schloss. I do not think for a second that he is backing down in the SEC tourney to "reserve" his players, etc. If a critical player has a minor injury then he will assess in present state.

Our Aggie baseball team wants to win the SEC tourney just as much as they want to win the NCAA tourney. They will play to win just like every single other game this entire season. If u say different then I do not know what team you have been watching or what coach you have been listening to.

It’s a warm up. Only Omaha maters.

That would be foolish, especially with this team that actually could win the CWS.

Nobody throws games. But does your regular Friday guy take the bump on a Tuesday or Wednesday? Are there pitch counts to protect arms?

bullshite. We have a legitimate chance to win it all. This is simply not how baseball works. Rest your arms and don’t use them until you need them.

Work the bullpen and share the load. Mail it in and rest for regionals.

Pitch the Tuesday kids and bull pen then rest starters and known arms for Regional play. A&M will have the hardest time with Regional play. They are built more for a SR

It’s somewhere in the middle. We can pitch Prager on Thursday with a full weeks rest. We’re not going to stretch him out to 100 pitches or even 85 (my guess). I be we use Ash when the opportunity presents itself but we’ll probably limit him to under 30 pitches and not back to back games. Schloss has talked about there not being a switch to flip. You have to play and stay ready. You can’t just ignore the SECT and expect to just magically be playing your best come regionals.

Have to limit pitch counts, but yea need to have the pitchers pitch as they regularly do. But Prager went a lot longer than he typically does this week

Lemonis: play dead for two games, then go win a natty.
