They have a brutal schedule next two years. UF drew the short straw when the SEC expanded to 16 teams.

If they had your schedule I would agree 100% they’d be bowl eligible and more for sure.
But theirs looks very tough. And who knows who they play in a bowl.

Spurrier is trying to rally the troops. What AD in their right mind would schedule 3, Power-4 teams, as part of their OOC schedule? Miami and Florida State were bad enough but the Gators decided to add UCF to the mix. The Knights will play that game like it's their NC and be happy to hang another banner if they win. The AD needs to be fired. What the Florida AD started the SEC office finished. That schedule is about as wicked as it gets.

Coach is a loyal Gator, he will error to the positive when predicting or discussing the team. Having said that, when I look at this team, the improved talent, and the situations with some of the competition, I believe that 8 to 9 wins are completely possible. Keep in mind that I am a complete Homer and see everything thru orange and blue glasses. Sorry Coach Spurrier but my prediction is 12-0. Goooooooo Gators! UG still suxs.

It would just keep billy there longer and it's obvious that he's nothing remotely close to being a championship level coach.
I'm really surprised that gator fans have been this patient with him. It's like they are completely apathetic about their football program now. Strange times.

Steve and Jerri are Gators through and through. Nothing but love for the Orange and Blue.
I think he truly believes it. I’m on board too. Billy and company are going to shock some people.

If Florida beats Miami, I think they are better than a coin flip to get to 6 wins and a bowl. If that counts.
