I haven't seen one that indicates that they are committed to trading him. Everything that I have seen indicates that they are also open to trading Murray. If you have seen something that indicates that they will almost certainly trade Trae, then I would love to see it.
Otherwise, the Hawks have options. The Cavs do not. The Cavs have to trade Garland, which depresses his price.
