Your post made it seem like just stopping carnivore made you gain weight, when it was really that you were eating more calories than you were burning. Yes carnivore can be great because you can be really satiated on less calories, but there isn't anything magical about it.
Not being sensitive at all. Just was making the point that when you go carnivore, it flies off fast, but comes back quick. Other people in the thread have said the same thing. After being satiated, if you don't do it properly it flies back on.

it doesnt come back because you stopped carnivore. it comes back because you ate more calories than you burned.
that was the point i was making. carnivore is just a diet strategy too easily allow you to be in a caloric deficit. its not some magic diet
once you stop, still have to track calories to make sure you are not eating too much for your activity level.
