The state of Georgia has the 4th most NFL players I believe and 0 in state competition. I’d say it’s arguable but not a terrible opinion saying they’re the #1 job.

I've always thought this was a silly and illogical talking point
Clemson, SC, Tennessee, Bama, Auburn, UF, and FSU are all directly bordering GA. Some of those are within a few hours' drive of Athens. Why in teh world does it matter that tech is the only "in state competition" when all the teams that regularly (used to more so than now I guess) beat us out for recruits are one state away?
