And he didn’t say recruiting class. He specifically responded to a post that mentioned Kentucky is currently #3 in transfer portal rankings. It’s clear Pope is targeting the portal for this season due to immediate need.

Despite a lack of deep tournament success lately, Cal has still won a lot of games at Kentucky. We’re gonna be fine.

Calipari hasn’t won a NC in 12 years, hasn’t made a final four in 9 years, hasn’t won the SEC tournament in 6 years or the regular season championship in 4 years.

But he has won a NCAA tournament game in his career. Some coaches can’t say that.
