Yeah, I agree. Bama fans are rooting for him, or simply don't care. I don't know a single fellow Bama fan that actively roots against JD5 for the Heisman.
JD5 is precious cargo for LSU fans. He took a hit from Turner and there were threads for weeks. Imagine if he is denied the Heisman. The melt from LSU fans would be far greater than any emotion from a Bama fan.
