They recruit just like any other high school. The church pastor made it clear years ago in many conversations that were public that he wanted the school to have championship programs. They bussed in kids on their basketball teams when Byron Starks was there that had no business playing as quick as they did. They won titles in 1A with 5A rosters. Football is the same way. Not knocking Faulk and whoever else has been the coach, you can walk in and win titles in football without good coaching. As a school, they have for the better part started getting kids in the program at the middle school level. So the xferring in is probably not has heavy as it was in the beginning.
