As much time Coach Saban is spending on the golf course I predict he will be earning his PGA card very soon.

Getting more excited about this upcoming 'Bama team, especially the offense. An underrated and veteran receiving corps to pair with Ryan Williams, an absolutely stacked RB room, two good QB's to choose from, and a (hopefully) improved, more consistent offensive line. The only position I'm unsure of is tight end. Will Dippre take that next step, or does anyone have a guy they think will break out in place of Niblack this year?

Defense is a wait-and-see approach, but with all of the defensive talent left behind by Saban to combine with Wommack's credentials as a DC, there's no way they can be anything less than slightly above average.

I'm curious about the Defense myself. The defensive coordinator at Washington last season "Chuck Morrell " is a special assistant to Deboer. The secondary averaged more than one pick a game.

Whats crazy they were roommates in college and coordinators together at Sioux Falls. The coach at the time offered the job to Morrell when he decided to step down. Morrell to him Deboer was the guy.

There is some other good tidbits in the article that I thought was interesting

AND booted a 60 yard punt in a blizzard to help lock down their closest game in a championship season.

I wonder what Hugh Freeze's athletic accomplishments look like...

I like how the one coach said Deboer learned to grind in the blizzard.

The old head coach called Deboer and Morrell "Ham Sandwich Distributors"
