What are you talking about? Mizzou going into the league couldn't keep up on the OL. Injuries dismantled that team. It took a year to figure it out and then had 4 NFL OL and 4 NFL DL in the trenches to do what they did in 2013.

I guess you guys must have ran out of McDonald's bags. Otherwise, Tenner would have been in the mix too, huh?

like I said, it took a year adjustment/development for it to kick in for Mizzou. Aggies still lost to top tier teams in year 1, and then look what happened as they were bringing in talent but couldn't sustain the grind.

The Williams number given at the end to LSU would have been more than everyone on roster or staff makes but Kelly. Apparently Texas balked at it too. I don't know how you explain that to the rest of the guys in your locker room for a one year player, but more power to OU. Hopefully they handle the situation better than A&M did after buying the "greatest recruiting class of all time".

Aggot has never "sustained the grind" in any conference anywhere ever. That's not the SEC, genius.

Good Lord, what was that payout $2million?

Correct. Oklahoma just spent $2 million on a freaking DT. Word on the street is that Mizzou and LSU purposely ran it up.

Sounds like OU's NIL might just be wrecked at this point. It really wasn't much to begin with.

They have no idea. They just didn't get him so they're talking out of their asses with sour grapes based upon some post they saw on a forum by somebody else that doesn't know what they're talking about. Everybody who loses a portal battle says all this same shite, every time.

Whats funny is not one person knew where he was going. Not one. Not even the so called “insiders”.

But now, all these posters are melting and posting bigger and bigger payout numbers lol. As if they know. They don’t know squat and have nothing to lose by making stuff up.

When you lose the recruit it’s easier to just throw shite at wall and hope it sticks. Over/under it reaching $5m before end of the day lol.

Hey man, they saw a post on their other forum that somebody's brother's sister's cousin 3rd removed knows Damonics mom and-and-and, she told her in morse code that he got offered $750K by texsa and OU responded with $13 million (cray! cray!) and so now OU overpaid and is broke and Damonic probably won't be very good anyway.

Source?

Won’t hold my breath. Prolly some insider who grifted people with hopium for a week straight and now using some made up number to deflect for not having a clue where he was going nor any money amount.

I promise you if they didn’t know where he was going they sure as shite don’t know the dollars. It’s all made up, this kid never once made a scene in his recruiting. He kept it all like Fort Knox. So to believe anyone on money would mean he decided to say so. And he didn’t.

Media and personalities can spin things how they want. It’s done to support their cause and deflect from own problems. Insiders were pissed because nothing was leaked out. Nothing. So to save face to their minions who pay to get info - they have to lie to dodge the question why they kept subscribers hopes up and were shocked he didn’t pick their team.

I’ve said it before but this website is the best sub money can buy. The rest are all grifters.

I can assure you that the deal was nowhere near $2 million.

We took Cayden Green from you. And OU fans responded by harassing his father's business. Mizzou responded by driving up the price for a DT from TCU. Mizzou is still ahead, in cost-effective talent and fan restraint.

Fake news, check your sources. Those were found to be troll accounts of other teams not OU.

Man, the melt today is amazing lol

It's been reported by our On3 mods. Unlike this place they don't just make shite up without verifying it first. And they reported it a day or so before Williams committed to OU. You can call it sour grapes but it's true. I don't know about $2 million but that grifter that was handling this kid was asking for an asinine amount of money. Texas has it to spend in droves if they want and even they told the guy to frick off.

I watched tcu play colorado last year and the best I can remember neither team showed any signs of defense. Idk if this is a great pickup or not.

Want to take a guess of where Missouri finished amongst the four teams? Missouri did not drive up anything.
