Carson Beck looks nothing like a #1 pick to me right now.

it’s a weak QB draft as of today..

Beck isn’t a top of the line guy like Mahomes, but some teams are just desperate for a QB, and he could be a solid Top 20 QB imo..

Ewers would have to take a huge step forward to earn a Top 10 pick.. he has the tools.. his main problem is between the ears.. it’s hard to get rid of the yips

overall, I think this Top 10 as posted is pretty solid..

2 QB
3 OT / DL
3 Edge
2 CB / WR

The names may change, but that’s about right imo.. maybe a little less defense based on this years draft

If he stays healthy he’s going to have a great second year and his first was very good. He’s got ideal size, a great arm, and is a near lock for early first round.

Who is like Mahomes? Lmao he’s arguably the 2nd best QB of all time after 6 years in the league.

Nuss could have a better year than Beck, just wait and see. I picked Daniels to win the Heisman before fall practice last year. Knock if you want, I'll take Nuss over Beck.

I don't know anything about Will Campbell, but if he's truly better than Banks he could possibly go #1 to a team desperate for a tackle.

Caleb Williams is pretty damn close imo.. tbd if he has the drive and big play ability like Mahomes.. but that dude is good.

eta: i’m not saying he is anywhere close right now.. I’m saying potential with tools etc

No Travis Hunter is a joke. He’s the most gifted prospect in next years draft.

I agree.

But drafting a guy #1 should be a guaranteed all pro and a team changing player.

Otherwise you should try and trade down for value.

Early 1st round is different than #1 overall. But what do I know? Denver was dumb enough to draft Bo nix at 12.

Why “dumb enough”? Nix is a good fit for what Payton likes to do.

As will Gabriel be now at Oregon. I think he has a very good year with a shot to be one of the top 2-3 QBs and a top 10 pick.

This is why teams had a run of QBs in the draft this season. It's considered a weak group in comparison. But I can assure all college football fans that that top 10 list just cited in no way reflects reality. Patients people.

The two QBs on that list are average at best.

Yep. Completely struggled big time last year. Not nearly as polished as Nix was when he was on the Plains. Guy had first round written all over him.

I see Burden going around #5 barring an injury. He should be the top WR taken and it’s looking like a down year for QBs
