The playoffs have made it much easier to win a NC than in the past. In the past, UGA would have been out of the conversation in 2017 after the beatdown they took in JHS. UGA is not Bama, they don't get mulligans if they lose late in the season. Especially pre-CFP. How many NC would FSU have if the CFP was in place in the 90s ?
