Propst may be a great guy but I have little respect for a man who brings children into the world and refuses to support them

he didn't pay alimony. This isn't about him not paying child support. Regardless, him not paying at all for 53 months and then trying to use his willful and recent unemployment as to why he can't make a purge payment s hilarious

He OWES that amount. According to court records he hasn't made a support payment in almost 5 years. These are payments dictated by the court years ago, not some new demand.

Who literally had two families at the same time. Was married with kids, while keeping up a girlfriend with whom he also had kids. It all blows up, so he ditches the original family and marries the side piece.

The only explanation I can come up with is that satan doesn't want the POS around him either.

Alimony is bullshite and should be available only under extraordinary circumstances

Your opinion is irrelevant because this isn't a new demand. It's part of a court case settled years ago. Propst just decided he was going to disobey a valid court order like he disobeys any other rule or law he finds inconvenient at the time.

Would you consider being married to a very well known football coach and supporting his career only to then find out he literally had an entire other family with kids and everything to be an extraordinary circumstance?

Pretty sure most people would.

He's lucky I'm not the judge. I'd have him taken into custody and sent straight to the county jail at the hearing.

do know the difference between alimony and child support? Oh wait, you're a Bama fan.

Alimony is cash money to wife and has NOTHING to do with child support

You would have to build new prisons daily if you started putting every guy in jail for alimony. You speak with the mindset of a scorned women.

Why did it take 5 years for this to finally get this stage?

The court doesn't just monitor alimony payments. Ex-wife had to file a Petition for Contempt to get the ball rolling.

Doubt it. Dude is a slime ball even Auburn wouldn't touch.

Mississippi would hire him and probably change the mascot again.

It's also tax deductible, unlike child support.

Is he brilliant though? He can organize people at talent rich schools. I wouldn't call that brilliant. Tons of people have and do the same thing without maintaining multiple families

He turned Hoover from a terrible program into a national top 10 type program. No idiot does that.

You mean the coach that had to forfeit MULTIPLE seasons, with different teams (Colquitt, Valdosta) due to cheating?

EDIT: I meant to write games, not seasons and Hoover not Colquitt

What exact games at Colquitt did he forfeit? I think you are posting a lie.

Pepperidge Farm remembers that time he publicily said Nick Chubb came back for his senior year because UGA paid him $300,000 (prior to NIL), and he had to settle out of court for a defamation suit brought against him for that.

Not anymore. That tax law changed several years ago for any alimony orders that became judgments beginning in 2019. And it’s no longer taxable income for the recipient either. It works just like child support now
