Imagine your biggest blowout being in modern football...yikes

Kentucky's was in 2020 because they manned-up and played Alabama right after LSU backed out.

Remember when Orgeron let the entire team go to a Halloween party two weeks before that scheduled game, during SEC covid quarantines and roster minimums?

#HailState’s was 1969’s 74-0 loss to Houston. Glad I wasn’t old enough to remember it.”

I remember this game very well. My Dad was livid. In the 4th quarter HOU just kept deliberately running up the score. They also had this WR named Elmo Wright who was a hot dog and he could not stand him. Later on Wright was in the NFL with the Chiefs and was one of the fore runners of the players dancing in the end zone after TD’s during the 1970’s.
And as far as I am concerned, Houston is an outlaw school along with the likes of Tulsa, Cincinnati, Memphis, Miami, Louisville (don’t have anything for any of them).

I wouldn't rank that 63-3 loss to Alabama as Kentucky's worst there's losses you could make case that are worse.

Here's my list of Kentucky's top ten most lopsided losses all time.
I will also have the names of the Kentucky head coaches who coached that game.

10. 2006 49-0 @ LSU. Rich Brooks.

9. 2011 54-3 @ South Carolina. Joker Phillips.

8. 1993 48-0 Tennessee. Bill Curry.

7. 1996 56-10 @ Tennessee. Bill Curry.

6. 2008 63-5 @ Florida. Rich Brooks.

5. 1994 52-0 @ Tennessee. Bill Curry

4. 2020 63-3 @ Alabama. Mark Stoops.

3. 2012 48-7 @ Arkansas. Joker Philips. This game could of been number one had it not been canceled in the third quarter due to bad weather.

2. 1996 65-0 @ Florida. Bill Curry.

1. 1994 73-7 @ Florida. Bill Curry.

That’s ok, I am pretty sure we lost 108-0 at the hands of Alabama in the early 1900’s and lost to Suwanee (sp?) close to that same score.
Don’t think 48-0 is even close to our worst loss ever.

Where did you come up with this? There has never been a loss to Alabama that large (biggest margin of victory for Bama is 36-0) and as far as I can tell UGA has never given up 100+ to anyone. The worst I can find is a 55-0 loss to UNC in 1900.

Sooner fans are now Sooner or Later fans. They love ancient history. Missouri was not in the SEC in 1986. Wait until they see the new version this year in Columbia. Big and bad in the trenches and elite in receiving corps.

Arkansas tied them 0-0 the previous year and beat them 7-6 the next year. Who knows why that happened but the coach was gone after that season.

Looks like a good old fashioned arse whipping to me. Just a little before my time.. need to see if the coach we related to Chad Morris….

The series with AU has been tied up until this year because of those arse beatings back in the 1900s. Over a 4 game stretch they had outscored us 119-7
