I say this as someone who contributed to the Shannon Ireland airport running out of booze after we had a layover there coming back from Iraq.

Notre Dame will draw a crowd. Maybe Boston College. Are there a ton of LSU fans in Ireland?
Regardless as a PR thing it will get more attention than walloping ULM so there is that. See if you can interest Notre Dame and you'll draw a good crowd (the Irish love their rowdy sporting events bless them) and get some attention.
If Australia was more conveniently located time wise I'd say play there. The Aussies are absolutely insane sports fans. But the game would be on at like 3 in the morning here.

LSU fans travel very very well. We are always looking for an excuse to get out of Louisiana
