You think Tennessee has better national title odds than LSU?
In 2027-2030. Absolutely.
Tennessee is trending up. If they were a stock, they'd be a BUY for the future. That doesn't mean I think LSU, one of my alma maters, is a bad team. I just have an opinion that Tennessee is well coached and poised to be a perennial playoff team by the end of the decade.
The same can be said for Ole Miss. Notice I didn't list last year's darling, Missouri. I think they are garbage and will not be relevant to the national championship conversation. I also did not list Texas or Oklahoma, because I have the opinion that playing the SEC week in and week out is going to suck for them.
Abut I apologize for having a positive opinion of Tennessee. If this was a sports message board where opinions were commonplace, it may have been more appropriate. I will try to do better in my future endeavors.
Allow me some time to contemplate the ridiculousness that Tennessee can be good in football.

We've been contemplating that since 1998.

How do you figure? UT was 11-2 two seasons ago and 9-4 last season. By definition that's a downward trend.
LSU had an upward trend (10-4 two years ago to 10-3 last year).

So I can put you in the sec meat grinder list. Thanks good to know. Now I don't wanna hear shite about our schedule. Just by being here is a grind enough.

They probably would’ve gone 6-6 and crushed in Tuscaloosa, right? Right??
Some of y’all seriously believe that football outside this conference doesn’t exist lol
