I am not a Trump fan, but his trial is reaching at best.

Its because he classified the payment to Cohen (for stormy) as a legal fee. The prosecutor is claiming that he falsified business expenses... which is a misdemeanor, but it can be a felony if you are doing it to cover up other crimes.

its just a stretch to claim these are felonies... at best they are illegal in an indirect way.

There are so many legitimate problems with Trump... Alvin Bragg is just trying to make a name for himself in NYC with this bs.
