To the west we have added a massive footprint of Arkansas, Texas, aTm, Oklahoma, and Mizzou. The geographic center of the conference is now near Memphis.

Fair enough. With Texas and Oklahoma coming this is even more true. Hell, all the big schools in Texas plus Arkansas were part of the SouthWEST Conference until 1996 (Arkansas left in 1990). Still, moving the game to Dallas permanently is a ridiculous idea. There’s just not a viable neutral site between Atlanta and Dallas that makes sense and Atlanta is closer to more of the conference schools, especially the charter members.
