The juveniles names I doubt will be released until they are officially charged as adults. In MS once you are charged as an adult, even if you are under 18, you lose all protections of being a juvenile as far as having identities released. If someone is charged as a juvenile though, you can actually get in deep shite if you give the press names of juveniles (if you’re an attorney or public official).
