It's not my fault you have issues with reading. That's a you problem. My post is for those who are capable of reading a few paragraphs in a row.
Once you improve your literacy, you can come back if you like.

Improve your punctuation and maybe someone will read your blatherings.

How would you even know about my punctuation? You just "scrolled on by". You've already admitted you suck at reading. No need to pretend now.

Yup, after I saw what an abortion it was I decided to give it a hard pass.

You've already stated that 363 words is too much of a "wall of text" for you to be able to read it. There's no use trying to walk it back and pretend that you are actually capable of reading that much. The cat is out of the bag.
It's okay, you're from Tennessee. We sympathize.

On another note, the fact that the attorney general of Tennessee is suing the NCAA in regards to the anti-pay-to-play bylaw is confirmation that the NCAA is going after them for that as well as booster shenanigans.
Basically they're suing to say that it's not legal for the NCAA to prohibit paying players to come to a school.
It would be horrible if they win. The NCAA is finally enforcing the pay to play rule and Tennessee's response is to say "We should be allowed to have NIL contracts that require a player to be enrolled at a school." That's pretty much an admission of guilt.

That is not what that means at all just because you interpreted it as such.

I believe you need to STFU!
Georgia has been exposed behind as the mastermind behind all this and they will pay dearly for this.
The NCAA will be no more because of Georgia

Hey buddy
If I were you, I would STFU
Georgia has been exposed as the mastermind behind all this.
The response is not going to be pretty

Any moron from Alabama and Georgia has the right to STFU. You two schools have been exposed in this mess
Go explain the paying under the table?
How about the fancy cars given to players?
THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT
Therefore, they need to STFU!

Lol.
Were you the one claiming Pat Forde is a UGA homer earlier? That Missouri grad who lives in Kentucky and was raised in Colorado is secretly a UGA plant?
Enjoy your conspiracy theories. While I wish UGA had the clout and desire to end pay to play for college athletics, I don't think they have the juice or the desire to make that happen.

I'm not sure it will hold and really don't care about the entire situation, as I'm certain it's not unique to UTk.
That said, it does feel a dangerous time to be in the cross hairs of a fading organization looking for any reason to assert themselves and make an example simply to grasp onto their own sense of relevance.

Yeah, Tennessee is suing the NCAA to make pay to play legal in response to a NCAA investigation that is NOT about pay to play.
That's... logical.
(end sarcasm)

No you jacka$$
You guys are in so much trouble it's going to be your team's fault for the demise of the NCAA.
Let's see if you get out of this mess.

To be honest, if the NCAA can't enforce their pay to play rules on NIL, they really have no reason to exist. It truly will be the wild west if the courts find that NIL contracts can be tied to attending a particular school. If that's the case, there's no need for a regulator organization to exist. It's pretty much the only rule left after NIL came into effect.
If the state of Tennessee wins their lawsuit to make pay to play legal, I'm on board with the NCAA ceasing to exist.
