Definitely, when my court schedule isn’t packed. Just wish we could have done it when Surge was still around. It would have been awesome. Man I miss that guy. He would have been nuking threads left and right.

There definitely was a plan. Go out and get the best coach available. I think we did that. His staff hires so far are all great as well. As for retaining the roster I mean what can you do except meet with them and hope they're on board with the new direction of the team? As for ponying up the money to keep guys around from what Boz says we did all we could and just got outbid. And it seems like Proctor truly just wants to go closer to home. It is what it is.

This. How do we know there wasn’t a plan in place. We don’t know what went on behind close doors, and Boz mentioned there was an effort to keep players. Honestly, I think we are just in a new day and age with NIL. I don’t think anyone could have seen this coming to this extent. Unfortunately, it will happen at the next school unless something changes. Just look at UW and Arizona, both schools are losing players at the same rate if not higher. Everyone can laugh until their coach leaves or is fired. I do agree with another post, if anything this has created a new field for people to assist with roster management.
