We had a guy today saying "I'm not going to get in the face of my customer on the last day of the year demanding an answer."
Their client is some bottom feeder in a government agency.
If you can't get in some bureaucrats face to make things happen you'd never survive in the real world.
I just shook my head. Some people make things happen. Some people wait for the chickens to get plucked.
