Watched it. Love it. I think the polar bear plunge is retarded though.

Cold plunges are good for the body. I used to do the Polar bear thing every New Years day. But got out of the habit. Cold plunges though wake you up pretty fast!

Is there empirical scientific evidence that those plunges help the body though. Or is it like cupping, some mythical fad.

Beyond the obvious benefits regarding pain and inflammation practically all evidence of other benefits is anecdotal.

Make of that what you will.

You never jumped from sauna or hot tub into ice-cold water and back again?

I remember thinking after watching this moment, we will at least win one SECC before Bo is gone…

Can we call him Bo Nix?

I think it’s fair. That’s my only gripe here

Anytime someone says the name “Bo” - we all only think of one man.

The man.

Maybe we should call the exQB “boe” to avoid confusion.

I've worked with a couple of coaches that loved that shite. I was never sold on it though.

Nix sleeper of this draft?

More stuff in case you are interested. I find this one pretty interesting. Too bad Freeze wasn't here during his time. I think that would have been very interesting to see.

Didn't watch it but Bo Nix is an Auburn alum and did what was 100% right for him. I wish him much success.
